Standard UK shipping takes anywhere between 1-14 days to arrive.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange or a return. This is because each product is made-to-order, which means it is made specifically for you once you've placed your order. However, if there is a fault on our end (e.g we sent the wrong size, there's a defect in the design) we will happily sort this issue out for you.
