Delivery
We aim to send your order within 2 working days. All items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class which can take up to 7 days.
Your order hasn’t arrived?
If you haven’t received your order and it’s been over 7 days, please contact us and we can look into this for you.
Returns
Unfortunately we do not accept returns unless your order has arrived faulty or damaged.
You will be liable for covering the cost of returning your item. To return an item, please contact us via the online chat or on any of our social media platforms (@croissantcultureco). Please note that we cannot process refunds if it is 10 days after the day of purchase.
